Tc105x Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the tc105x platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and tc105x as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The tc105x platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to register only one account on tc105x. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. tc105x reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to submit the requested verification documents may result in temporary suspension of account access.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. tc105x will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence. 3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a tc105x platform user, you agree to abide by all applicable rules and must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purposes, including money laundering.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party.
• Attempting to access systems, databases, or other users' accounts without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, or other tools to access or manipulate the platform.
• Distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through the platform in violation of Malaysian law.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the tc105x system for personal gain.

Tc105x reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, against any user found to be in breach of these rules.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the tc105x platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods listed in the deposit section of your account.

Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your game account balance, except under circumstances outlined in tc105x's withdrawal policy. All withdrawal requests are subject to the required verification process and may take between one to five business days depending on the selected method.

Tc105x reserves the right to hold or delay the processing of transactions suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or terms violations. In such cases, the user will be contacted for additional verification before the transaction is approved or declined.

Any fees charged by financial institutions or third-party payment service providers are the sole responsibility of the user and will not be covered by tc105x.

5. Liability Limits, Account Termination & Intellectual Property

Tc105x provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of its services at all times. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, tc105x is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or factors beyond our control.

Tc105x reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account unilaterally and without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Any legitimate balance remaining in an account terminated for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned to the user through the established process.

All content, designs, software, logos, and materials on the tc105x platform are the intellectual property of tc105x or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written authorisation from tc105x.

The tc105x platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. tc105x is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites.
